Thank you for all the kind notes and tokens of appreciation last week!  I just loved the door decorations!  I hope you all had a wonderful Mother's Day.    

Goals for the week:

To hear and identify all short and long vowel sounds.

To learn more about vowel pairs.

To practice r controlled vowels, open and closed syllables, and magic e.

Reminders and News:

Homework will be study only from here to the end of the year due to a shortage of copies.  Please be sure you study and practice all our word study words as well as math facts(the list is on the website if you misplaced it).  Children should be able to read and spell words from unit 1-21 automatically.  They should also be able to complete 15-30 math facts per minute.
