Back, Back in the First Grade Groove!

So... here we are on the 15th day of school already!  Back into the routine and getting into the real work. Check my webpage for updated documents on the new files and documents page.  I have added our word study words with units 1-21.  These are the words we will cover in first grade.  I also added the red words from the units covered in first grade.  Soon to come is a list of sight words you should be practicing with your child.  Our goal is to be able to read the words fluently so keep practicing!!  Have a fun day off tomorrow and don't forget your apple on Thursday!

First Week Ends!

So we have come to the end of our first week.  All are doing well and getting used to our new routines. I hope you are hearing a lot at home about our great class activities.   I am looking forward to sleeping in on Saturday!  Have a great weekend!
